The Vineland Housing Authority has opened the waiting lists for 0, 1, 4, 5, & 6 bedroom Public Housing and Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) units.

This is Federally Subsidized Housing designated for low-income individuals. 

 

2 & 3 bedroom waiting lists remain CLOSED.

 

0 & 1 bedroom units are designated for applicants that are disabled or elderly (62+) years of age. 

 

THIS IS NOT FOR THE SECTION 8 VOUCHER PROGRAM.

Broad Street, Millville, NJ 08332; for  2, 3 and 4 bedroom units only beginning Wednesday, January 2, 2019. Applications may be obtained at the VHA, 191 W. Chestnut Avenue, Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 pm, at www.vha.org or at Oakview Apartments and will be accepted until further notice.

Applications will only be accepted by mail at the Vineland Housing Authority.

The Vineland Housing Authority (VHA) is accepting applications for the Buena Housing Authority Project Based Voucher Program, located at 600 Central Avenue, Minotola, NJ 08341; for 1-bedroom units beginning November 4, 2024. 

This is Federally Subsidized Housing designated for low-income individuals who are elderly or persons with a disability or a handicap.

Applications may be obtained at the VHA, 191 W. Chestnut Avenue, Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, at www.vha.org or at the Buena Housing Authority.

Applications will only be accepted by mail at the Vineland Housing Authority.
